Improve display of issues on home page #75

Need to distinguish between Printer related issues, Workshop related issues, as well as active and solved issues. Different colours/shades are one possible solution to this. From Trello:

Issues should be in different colour depending if they affect a printer or not.

All issues should be solvable and disappear from the list on the homepage two weeks after being solved. (If they are solved, they can have a different colour again)

highlight issues which aren't printer issues in a different colour and maybe remove solved printer issues from the list of issues displayed as to make that list more tidy and avoid non printer related issues to get forgotten

Not that fast :-D We didn't address one important point yet:

All issues should be solvable

Currently only printer_faults are solvable but posts are not.

Also I am sure there is lot's of styling to improve again, so maybe we pass it on to Ilya at this point and talk about the "solving of posts" later?
