track number of copies per file #86

From online managers:

The customer should be able to put 'number of copies' next to the item rather than include that in the comments. Then the print preview we input should be per copy and the website should multiply it by the number of copies.

We can't get the comments from DropOff, so this is not possible, unless the online managers read the comments on DropOff themselves, which they can already do. All we can offer is the option to add a "number of copies" for a print preview and do the math.
