This updates the Octave instructions to reflect the fact that homebrew-science has been folded back into core Homebrew, and you no longer need to (or even can) tap it before installing octave.
Also:
fixes a broken link to the Homebrew Cask installation instruction section
does a couple style and grammar fixes
updates the octave-app.org links to use HTTPS
removes the executable bit from a couple .md files in the Apps/ directory; those shouldn't be executable, right?
I wasn't able to do make lint on this PR first, because I wasn't able to get gitbook or markdownlint set up on my machine. I'm not experienced with Node and don't really know what I'm doing there.
