Update Java installation instructions for 2020 #285

Changes all the Java installation instructions to ~~just tell everyone to use OpenJDK~~ reflect how JDKs work in 2019 and later.

And the installation process is simpler now!

No prob! Thanks for the feedback! In retrospect, I was being way too stringent and coming-from-my-own-perspective there.

Hi @apjanke. Thanks for the PR! Good stuff!

Check out my latest commit, I removed mentions of Oracle JDK since I don't think it's required. We should make it easy for the user and OpenJDK will get the job done. Hope you think that's OK!
