Is there a way for me to add relevant coursework under the university? I tried adding the text directly but seems to mess up the alignment.

Could use the resumeItemList and resumeItem as a workaround?

\resumeItemListStart
        \resumeItem{Relevant Coursework}{...}
\resumeItemListEnd
