documentation needed

This is a feature request to document this class.

For example, how do we setup this script to never make remote calls. In other 
words, allow us to 
download/update browscap.ini ourselves. I assume setting $doAutoUpdate to false 
is the answer, 
but may require hacks to create the cache array.

There are plenty of other useful undocumented features but without 
documentation people may not 
use them.
