Brings up to date the GCC11 amigaos.h ASM_CPU_SPEC #164

amigaos.h was presumably using an older version of rs6000.h many years ago. It is now out of date. GCC 11 has been updated to use the later version of rs6000's ASM_CPU_SPEC.
