Import mailing lists directly from REmail preferences #31

Would be super-cool, if we could integrate the execution of Miler or other 
tools fetching archives to be used directly from Eclipse. There's already been 
a stub for the Miler location before in the preferences, sadly I didn't get to 
finish it.

About this issue, it is something to be done for sure.
The question is whether we want to directly configure this information
from REmail (i.e., eclipse), or create a tiny web interface for the couchdb 
server,
so that one can handle this kind of administrative things from it.
I would be more for the latter option, but I can understand the former is also 
appealing.

Any thoughts on it?
