Made the layout of the page a little easier to read. Histograms I added are just placeholders, will William's code later.

Merging PR #11 caused merge conflicts for this PR. I'll try to clean that up and then next week we can discuss workflow for how to avoid this in the future (or at least make it less frequent). Short version is that @williyamshoe and @rdoshi99 should focus on updating plots but not layout, and let @ana-lyons be the only one that moves plots around on the page.

@ana-lyons I think I have resolved the merge conflicts with master while retaining the layout changes from @ana-lyons and plotting changes from @williyamshoe .

@ana-lyons please "git pull summarypage" and test/review these changes. If I haven't mucked it up too much, please go ahead and merge (or otherwise make updates as needed or punt it back to me).
