changes to layout and placeholders for summary #31

I added the three placeholder plots for the summary page, and made the requested changes to the layout.

Thanks. I updated the placeholder plots to be light gray, but otherwise looks good. When the functions are updated with the real plot code, we'll remove the call to _style_as_placeholder(p).
