Feedback on nightly trend plots

Feedback on nightly trend plots (X vs. time), e.g.

• exclude the calibration exposures from these (i.e. only plot PROGRAM='SCIENCE' exposures). That will get ride of the first N points with airmass=seeing=0.
• reduce the height so that they are 2-3x wider than high (so we can see more plots on the screen).
  • the overall layout code (from @ana-lyons) should make the size choices, not the underlying plotting (from @rdoshi99). I haven't checked the code to see if that is already happening.
• time axis should be relative to local Kitt Peak time (AZ = UTC-7 hours). I might change my mind about this.
