Missing license file #2

Before I can start using the code in this project it would be useful to know the terms in which it can be used.

@mattsoftware this code is GNU GPL. Read the source code, it has header comments.

Had you vetted the code you would have saw, which you should be doing for anything with security implications like this.

The autogen.sh file should copy over the LICENSE file.

I apologise, I did end up finding the license in the header comments. I forgot to close this issue.
