IvyIDEA Module Library not available for artifacts #101

1. Add ivy.xml file to module
2. Resolve module dependencies with IDE using IvyIDEA>Resolve all for xxx-module
3. Create Artifact - project structure/artifacts/add artifact
3.1 select War - Exploded

Expected:

Under "Available elements" I should see module/IvyIDEA library

Result:

The IvyIDEA library does not appear and cannot be added to the artifact.

IntelliJ 11.1.2

I also am experiencing this. It worked at one point but no longer does.
