Auto re-resolve on changed ivy.xml file #38

I think it would be great if dependencies were downloaded for me to pickup 
new libraries that someone else may have added.  Not sure why this was 
crossed off on the project home page.  Maybe make it configurable at the 
plugin level for people that don't want it?

I agree this is a useful feature. I work in a company were there are multiple 
teams working on different modules. Usually there's a release at least once a 
day for some library sometimes more. It would be nice not to have to manually 
resolve libraries.

However, this feature would be terrible if #98 is not resolved, as .iml file 
would keep on changing constantly.
