I'm still not completely sure what data you're trying to gather to analyze, and I don't know what you mean with respect to getting the data to unzip.

I loaded in data from the paper that proposed that higher fitness is related to infection with DFTD. There is also evidence that the force of infection has decreased in the number of socially dominant individuals which could indicate resistance. The other data set that I was trying to read in wouldn't download onto my laptop due to lack of storage space so I'm trying to work on that. It includes data on fitness advantages of allele frequency changes which confer resistance to DFTD.
