New controller wizard #1

A wizard shoud be available to create new controllers. This wizard should let users specified:

the name of the module in which this controller will be contained
the location in the workspace where this controller will be created
the name of the controller
the variables needed by the controller ($root, $rootScope, etc)
whether or not comments, license and copyrights should be generated
