Clean up books/series mapping in books and series pages #54

  1. Copy loops from books list template to series list template
  2. Grab loop from Apple note and put it in books list template
  3. Make sure both are working :-)
  4. Do cleanup around series directories etc.
  5. Think about turning the books-book and the series-book into partials.
  6. Get front matter right for books/series.

I think 4 is already its own issue. Not gonna do 5. And 6 should be its own issue.
