New structure of the document & Solutions #10

I think a different structure of the document will help people to understand better the problem & solution proposed.

Also, it's not very clear on how to start with a solution for this massive problem. The document specifies way to many areas and things to work on, so I will find helpful to describe how to start with possible solutions.
