Missing HowTo Set up Shelly Device #55

Adding a hint how to set up the Shelly device would enable people to use this plugin. Also a hint if there is Shelly Cloud Service necessary could help.

I agree that a HowTo would be beneficial. My "Shelly Motion" sensor does not show up. It does not seem to work via auto discocery.
