Initial Staging Deployment Automation and Environment #103

Here's what I have for automated deployment to a staging instance. Right now I have tested this against a server (at checksum.io) running on rackspace. The server is running Debian Wheezy, which I think is a reasonable choice for deployment.

See the notes in my last commit for further instructions. If you go to checksum.io you will see a live instance running.

Reminder to self; I have a few changes on my macbook to fix issues encountered when pushing to humon.com
