With deciding to self host my script which was adapted for mongo hosting isn't as useful. I was in the process of merging in some features from a mongo cron backup script written by someone else. I actually think it would be easier to just use or customize that script now that we don't need the meteor.com integration (although you may still need to do a meteor mongo --url to retrieve the mongo path)
