Closes #186 when tests pass.

To see error, try running python simulate/run_any_simulation.py output/20230127_ls

This is ready to merge now, right? The Rfree issue has been fixed upstream?

Yes, but still does not fix #193

Understood. I'll merge this now.

193 is blocking "Lucas 0".

101 seems to have wider scope.

Do you imagine a new PR addressing #193 ?
