Introduction of CI #24

Would you like to consider introducing CI? It realizes automation such as testing.

I recommend the GitHub Actions.

Hi @daikikatsuragawa, Nice to see you here after Kaggle :)

We are thinking about CI (inside Github Actions), but still haven't done it due to time and resource constraints :(

I hope we can make it some time.
