Remove unused and unnecessary dependencies to speed up package loading and installation.

Things to remove:

shiny, miniUI, rstudioapi - unused.
clipr - unused, only appeared in commented code in vignette.
readr - makes the installation guide complicated; only one easily replaceable function used in code examples.

Fixed by removing shiny, miniUI, rstudioapi, and clipr. Keeping readr for now but modified the installation instructions to simplify things.
