vesc_driver cannot read negative duty (-1.0~0.0) and publish invalid values instead as shown in the figure. It also fails to read PCB temp.

correct decoding derives correct duty
PCB temp is a problem of firmware/board and we cannot do anything
- Use FET temp. instead
