Recommend a mime type #18

It would be great if we could also associate a mime type with it. Perhaps:

application/sbgn

this will allow us on all operating systems to associate applications with it. The control that the project has would be to recommend the mime type to use. And perhaps to file an RFC describing it to make it official.
