definition of starting point / end point for arcs #20

How should the starting point / end point of an arc be definded which doesn't start / end at a port? For example in test file adh the catalysis arc starts at the center (x_center, y_center) of the macromolecule. Whereas in test file edgerouting the catalysis starts at the top border of the macromolecule (only x_center). The end point of the catalysis is in both cases somewhere outside the process node but it is not exactly clear how this coordinates were generated.

During the last libsbgn online meeting a decision was reached to put arc endpoints on the border of glyphs and not on the center under the general principle of avoiding calculation. The test files were adapted accordingly.
