ids on arcs? #25

Closed cannin closed 8 years ago

Arcs currently don't have id's. Within the framework of SBGN they are not so necessary. But there are use cases where ids on arcs are useful, for example when comparing (versions of) a map: having ids on arcs allows the use of a labeled graph alignment algorithm, which is much faster than a generic graph alignment algorithm. Another use case would be to allow external files or tools to refer to particular arcs.

Ids on arcs have been made compulsory. Test-files have been adapted.
