drawing order of overlapping compartments in PD #27

neuronal_muscle_signalling I have attached an image showing the same map in two ways. This map is a reproduction of figure A.4 from the PD specification. Without knowing a drawing order it is not possible to reproduce the map exactly (as shown). The compartment 'synaptic cleft' could be drawn in either way. On the render comparison page we had this problem in the late stage of milestone 1. Currently this problem is solved by an implicit drawing order for compartments: compartments are drawn in the order they are stored in the SBGN-ML file. We should find a proper solution to define a drawing order (at least for overlapping compartments).
