phenotype / observable class for ER maps #29

The schema contains a class called 'observable' for ER maps. In the current ER specification L1 V1.2 there is an imprecision. The glyph for phenotype is called 'phenotype' in the text. Only in the reference card it is called 'observable'. As far as I know it should be 'phenotype'.
