GraphML>SBGNML direction: modified "landing point" #3

I do not know what is the proper term for those. Normally an arc goes to the centre of the shape - so this is the "landing point". I noticed that if in yEd I modify this "landing point", then in SBGN-ED it does not break at the edge of the shape but kind of goes all the way to the "landing point". Please see the attached image. landingpoint
