Standard Library - String Module #2

The String module will provide developers a way to manipulate Strings.

The following is required:

Support for Concats
Support for Slices
Support for Single letter replacement
Support for word replacement
Support for Uppercase manipulation
Support for Lowercase manipulation
Support for Length(also known as digits)
Support for converting the string to octal
Support for converting the string to binary
Support for converting the string to decimal
Support for converting the string to ascii

All items stated above is required. However, if you have other ideas that would help the user with strings, you may include it into the library.
