Image Uploader Enhancements #279

When uploading images for a game, it should tell you the name of the game at 
the top of the page that you're uploading images for.  This should also include 
the platform.

Images should be able to be individually deleted from the upload queue.  This 
will be useful if by accident a user drags one too many files into the upload 
queue and would only like to remove one without reloading the whole page.  
Files could just have a little X next to them that could be clicked to remove 
them.

An overall progress bar should be added.
