Feature.fan support #153

Hi,

There were no actual issue associated, but some folks on some platforms had requested support for Wiz FANs Since I had one in hands (Faro Barcelona Poros) I added a bulb type dedicated to fans (my ID is there)

Added APIs for fan properties control
Added a test script

I also built a fan test script which could be used as a reference for fan related APIs Let me know if that is of interest or if you want anything else edited

Hey, I was not aware that there are now fans out there which supports the WiZ communication. Unfortunately I don't have one of these. I will review the changes you made.
