Update master to V0.1 Release with bulbconfig #64

Some major change to the master. Added additional features and customizable bulb configs.

Very exciting. Glad to see this project moving on, and moving up. I look forward to seeing it merged into HA core! (Also, I look forward to seeing more Wiz bulbs on sale....😁 )
