hi hagna,

thanks for the patch but instead of removing completely the instructions which use the Makefile (and thus arguably more robust) I'd rather complement them with your one-liner, explaining the different approaches and philosophies.

Yes good idea. Also I like the idea of not having swig as a dependency by the way.
