Adds new user signup and profile information modification flow to client that allows user to create an account using an email and password that is validated by Firebase.

The new user is then directed through creating their profile with baseline metrics that will be saved on the database

Create User Profile Interface that allows:

[x] Making a new profile
[x] Adding Age
[x] Adding biological sex
[x] Adding height
[x] Adding Weight
[x] Adding Fitness Level
[x] Adding weight loss goals
[ ] Reporting shows total caloric daily goals
