add mortyurl to DEFAULT_NO_SKIP_PARAMETERS_LIST #215

This parameter is in all searx urls when the site is accessed through the proxy. Morty is not available in all instances, only in those that the maintainer chooses to offer.

Even being something that the maintainers don't change, I checked the top 10 instances ranked in searx.space to check the urls and search for the string mortyurl

I am sorry, but morty is not sufficiently generic so that I would include it in the default list. I don't want to maintain website specific configuration. As long as publishing extensions cannot be easily automated there is too much manual work involved.
