I encountered unexpected redirects when I tried to pay in shopping websites, which caused failed/duplicate orders/payments and some unexpected issues. It took me quite some time to find out Skip Redirect was the culprit.
Since it is pretty common to encounter such issues, I would suggest adding this entry to the default no-skip-urls-list:
