add pointer regarding convergence to MCMC docs #264

Added a couple of paragraphs regarding MCMC convergence including a pointer to emcee docs. Putting off discussion of autocorrelation time here until we have a figured out a good way to estimate the relevant autocorrelation time reliably (issue #79)

I'm not sure why there are so many diffs in the notebook. I thought I just modified the convergence section.
