Temperatures are not saved when running Orbitize! on Quest #343

The temperatures element is not saved in the results hdf5 file when running orbitize on Quest. However, if orbitize is ran anywhere else, every element such as the temperatures, walkers, and orbit parameters is saved.

Fixed offline! Required reinstalling the latest version of orbitize!
