Danish fraktur update #360

I have compiled a new and improved version of dan-frak.traineddata. There's a 
couple more punctuation symbols included, it uses a wider range of images (by 
the way, thanks Jimmy for making the deu-f tif/box files easily available) and 
the wordlist is about twice as big, so it should be an improvement all around 
(and it is certainly better on my test pages).

As for the legalese, I hereby release it under the Apache 2.0 license (and also 
into the public domain if that is of any use to anyone).
