RateRules for species with concentration #6

Any models using concentration with non-unity compartments where a rate rule is used to specify the rate of change of a species may have incorrect results.

These are models: 709, 710, 711, 686, 715, 716, 740, 741, 742

and possibly: 712, 713, 714 (use initial amt but with non-unit compartment)

709 and 710 I have analytical solutions for.

740 - 742 and 712 - 714 are correct; ie the rate rule doesnt involve a species

For cases 686, 711, 715 & 716 I have generated what I think are the correct solutions and asked Frank Bergmann, Ralph Gauges, Henning Schmidt & Chris Myers to verify the solutions.

Results for these files have now been agreed by 4 different simulators and the problem with the original identified.
