Add tests, documentation, bye bye handler, tvOS target #4

Hi! This PR introduces many improvements, mainly from https://github.com/squarefrog/CocoaSSDP plus a few additional that I made. In order to reference CocoaSSDP in my podspec from the official Spec, we'd like to merge all improvements that have been made.

This PR comprises PR #2 and #3 made by @squarefrog as they are from the same fork.
