A lot of buttons may be unused by many, ideally they should be able to hide the ones not wanted.

New setting for customizing the nav bar.
NavBar Disabled Buttons: Allows the user to select buttons that they don't want to be shown on the nav bar (extra details, tags, etc).
NavBar Sticky: Allow the user to control if the nav is sticky (current behavior) or just fixed (always visible).
