ocp_demo3.3 doesn't set DEMO=TRUE #1

there's no DEMO=TRUE setting here, which means the demo deployment script doesn't fire.

This appears to be fixed by https://github.com/sborenst/opentlc_deployer/commit/209a808c0622b32640a54b03b611c370b8ad5366
