Figure out an easy numbering scheme to prevent issues with numerous individuals in a FASTA file causing issues downstream in analyses.

Possible fix could be pasting the accession number in with the species name?

Fixed. Allowed the user to specify if they have duplicate species names, in which case, it pastes the accession # with the species name.
