Extension info links are broken #14

When this extension is installed in Visual Studio, the links "Notes about this version" and "More information" in the "Extensions and updates" dialog are broken. The first one shows a dialog window with an empty TextBox. The second points to a non-existent VS Gallery page. I guess some package metadata needs to be updated.

Links are fixed in the next release!
