Minor bugs, & suggestions.

Brilliant game, many thanks. Here's a few minor bugs & some suggestions
(I'm using Puppy Linux 4.3.1, no changes made to your config):

Source exported to here on Google contains old NEWS file, & previous
version's README. http://repo.or.cz/w/netwalk.git &
http://github.com/blynn/netwalk/tree/master omit NEWS & contain correct README.

Only first two digits of time display at bottom right hand corner, so
times>99 are truncated.

High Score display cannot cope with times>9999 - fifth digit overtypes
first character of High Scorer.

Pressing 'd' to edit High Scorer name also overwrites High Score time with
the time at which 'd' is pressed.

My screen is 1024x768 & Nonsense & No Sleep don't fit in the window
generated for the game, & there are no scroll bars. Sadly not playable.

If middle click would lock squares, preventing them being rotated, as well
as making them blue, that would be great!

If wrap mode could be a selectable option rather than off for Newebie &
Normal, & on for Nerd, Nutcase, Nonsense & No Sleep, that would be good.

Custom size generation would be nice.

Ability to pause time would be useful, probably with blanking of game area
if possible.
