[WebPanel] IPv6 issue #924

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

  1. Use an IPv6 adress
  2. Try to insert a comms/bans
  3. Issue

What happens?

After you insert a comms/bans via webpanel, if you use an IPv6, it will say the comms/ban has been added but nothing was inserted in the DB.

What were you expecting to happen?

Insert punishement in the DB

Any logs, error output, etc.?

Adding some debug result: Data too long for column adminIp at row 1

Any other comments?

What versions of software are you using?
